Liz is a Columbia native, who grew up in Arcadia Lakes and graduated from Richland Northeast High School. She is also a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Bachelors Degree in Economics.
"I know and love Columbia because I grew up here. Columbia offers so many different areas and lifestyles, there's a neighborhood for everyone. I enjoy matching people up with not only the perfect neighborhood, but the perfect home within that neighborhood."--Liz
Liz works as part of a team with her mother Donna. Donna also graduated from USC with a Nursing Degree and has worked as a Registered Nurse before going into Real Estate.
"I love Real Estate. It's exciting, complicated, and rewarding all at the same time."--Donna
Liz and Donna are members of the Greater Columbia Association of Realtors (GCAR) and the National Assocation of Realtors (NAR). They specialize in In Town Columbia and beyond, including Shandon, Wales Garden, Forest Hills, Forest Acres, Arcadia Lakes, Jackson Heights, NE Columbia, and Irmo.
"It's really a pleasure working with my mom. Family is so important to me and we both bring something to the table. Mom specializes in staging homes and getting them ready to sell, working hard to ensure top dollar and a quick sale. I focus on finding buyers the right home, at the right time, at the right price. And we both work at pricing, marketing, and negotiating. This is full service real estate. We want to make sure that the process is stress-free and enjoyable, from before contract all the way to closing."--Liz
Both Liz and Donna are members of Eastminster Presbyterian Church. During Liz's free time, she enjoys playing tennis, cooking, and target shooting. She is also an animal lover and has a dog, Stanley, and a cat named Monkey. Donna has always enjoyed interior decorating, but also loves gardening and working in her beautiful yard. Not only do Liz and Donna love Real Estate, but they absolutely love spending time with the two new members of their family, Donna's first grandsons (and Liz's nephews), Rhett and Gray.
